These terms describe basic use of ddpy.digital. They do not replace a project-specific service agreement.

1. Website use

The website provides information about DDP Digital's copywriting services and selected demonstration samples. You may view and use the website for ordinary informational purposes.

2. Demonstration portfolio

Samples marked as demonstrations are original examples prepared for this website. They are not presented as client work, client results or endorsements.

3. Project engagements

Specific deliverables, timing, fees, revisions and responsibilities are agreed before a paid project begins. If a separate written agreement is provided, that agreement governs the project.

4. No guarantees

Copywriting can improve clarity and communication, but no particular business, search, advertising, sales or conversion outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on many factors outside the writer's control.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content and demonstration samples remain the property of their respective owners. A client project's usage rights are defined in the applicable project agreement.
